Our In-Person Team building Programs

1. Team building for Newly formed teams:
If you are a newly formed team or a new-hire orientation, this fun and challenging program will emphasize fun, interactive, collaborative engagement. Participants will get to know each other while engaging in challenging activities and help bond them together.

2. Team building for Existing Teams:
If you are working with existing teams, participants are introduced to a series of fun and fast-paced challenges that highlight the many traits and benefits of excellent team building. This option includes both individual and team-related takeaways for immediate workplace application.

3. Team building for High Functioning Teams:
Suppose you have a high functioning team that works well together, our most challenging series of complex initiatives will test the group’s ability to SMART goals, time and resource management, communication, and leadership.

4. Team Olympics:
Participants will be divided into teams of 10 and given instructions with activity supplies. This set of fun and engaging teambuilding games combines high-energy competition with basic athletic ability, allowing full and active participation. Teams will have to strategize and work together on completing the tasks. Team Olympics is an action-oriented team challenge event and could be a timed event. Indoor and Outdoor versions are available.

5. Minute 2 Win It – Team building:
“A Minute 2 Win It!” is a series of teambuilding activities using basic office and household supplies. Each challenge is played, and teams will have an opportunity to score accordingly. This is a fast-paced session and will have everyone laughing, cheering, and racing to become A Minute 2 Win It! Championship bragging rights.

6. Family Team building:
Divergent Team builders provide a foundation for building a solid and healthy relationship that can impact your future interpersonal relationships as they continue developing and growing with paired youth and adult team-based shared experiences.

7. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team Building:
Giving back to the community can be fun, satisfying, and meaningful. We can combine CSR Team buildings programs with YOUTH & executives for shared team-based interactive experiences. It’s a win-win opportunity—the youth benefit from working with executives and learn what it takes to become an executive. Conversely, executives work to learn and understand more about today’s youth and their needs so they can give back more and impact future generations. These CSR Team building events can include team building activities and simulated challenges resulting in the creation of items for donation to local and national charities for the benefit of schools, NGOs, the homeless, Alzheimer’s patients, soldiers, and more

8. Team building Adventures:
Adventurous activities require teams to develop trust, collaboration, and effective communication. Adventure-based activities such as hiking, climbing, sailing, canoeing, and challenge courses help teams set goals, build confidence, have fun, get to know each other, and support each other in adverse conditions to complete the given tasks. If this program is part of your team’s culminating experience, we can build opportunities for teams to reflect, develop an action plan based on takeaways, and celebrate.

9. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (CI):
Team C & CI activities provide a unique shared experience that transforms overall organizational synergy. Team C & CI session involves teams working on different activities. After several attempts with CI framing, the expectation is to improve team performance, while each group has set the standards for other teams to create a new standard. In the end, teams are introduced to a new task that involves sharing knowledge and strategies that worked for their teams, helping other groups set new standards. With the help of crucial knowledge transfer, teams set new standards, understand the importance of overall synergy across the teams, and celebrate each other’s success.

10. Communication Immersion Team building:
Divergent Team builders provide shared experiences that maximize participants’ ability to understand and practice effective communication. Highlights of our communication immersion experience lead to increased knowledge and skills with giving and receiving constructive feedback; learn to leverage various communication styles appropriate to different situations; develop shared understanding by reviewing to see what’s needed and observing.
